- All proposals are made in accordance with details communicated by the client during discussion.
- Any subsequent change in project scope post-agreement can lead to adjusted costs and timelines.
- In order to be efficient, clients are advised to conclude requirements prior to project kick-off.
- Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions shall be evidenced by acceptance of a proposal, confirmation in writing, or payment of an initial invoice.
- Clients are obligated to furnish complete and accurate project requirements before project initiation.
- In case of delayed, incomplete, or unclear project instructions, Quantaprix AI has the right to proceed on professional judgment. Any subsequent revisions will be charged accordingly.
- All special requirements or requests need to be revealed at project initiation.
- Client delays for feedback, approval, or content delivery can prolong project delivery timelines.
- All written work, photographs, and materials used for the project must be provided within fourteen days of initiating the project.
- Late content submission could delay deadlines or incur extra costs.
- Projects dormant for longer than 60 days without written notice can be put on hold.
- Re-initiating a dormant project could involve extra charges and new timelines.
- Payment timelines are discussed and determined prior to commencing work.
- Payments are non-returnable except where compelled by law.
- Extra work outside the agreed project scope will be charged extra.
- Tools, software, or code custom written by Quantaprix AI are our property unless expressly transferred in writing.
- On receipt of full payment, customers are given use rights on the deliverables.
- Use rights are not inclusive of resale, copying, or transfer without written consent.
- All creative material (e.g., branding, designs, marketing materials) becomes client property upon full payment.
- Domain, hosting, SSL certificate, plugin, ad spend, and payment gateway costs are not covered unless noted in the proposal.
- Quantaprix AI assumes no responsibility for issues caused by third-party platforms, providers, or policy changes.
- Renewal and update of third-party services must be performed by clients in a timely fashion.
- Domain and hosting charges are charged separately unless stated otherwise.
- Quantaprix AI demands adequate server access for deployment. We hold no responsibility for third-party hosting performance issues.
- Email will be the formal channel of project communication. Clients are responsible for keeping contact information up-to-date during the engagement.
- Quantaprix AI will use its best endeavors to provide high-quality services within agreed timelines.
- In no event shall Quantaprix AI’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in dispute.
