At Quantaprix AI, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Since our services require significant planning, time, and resource allocation, this Refund & Cancellation Policy has been designed to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.
• Due to the nature of digital marketing, design, and development services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Clients may request service cancellation at any time by providing written notice via email to info@quantaprixai.com.
• Cancellations made within an active billing cycle are not eligible for refunds, and no prorated refunds will be issued.
• Clients subscribed to monthly recurring services (e.g., SEO, social media management, or marketing retainers) must provide at least 15 days’ prior written notice before the next billing date.
• If proper notice is not provided, the client will be billed a cancellation fee equal to one full monthly charge.
• Future billing will be halted once the cancellation request has been processed.
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
1. When a client fails to provide the necessary website access, credentials, content, or inputs required to complete the project.
2. If the client does not adhere to professional recommendations or independently modifies the work without consultation.
3. When the client engages another service provider or attempts self-implementation during the contract period.
4. Once a project has reached the final development or testing phase.
5. For special event-based solutions or one-time promotional services, which are non-refundable and require at least 30 days’ notice for cancellation.
6. For ongoing digital marketing services (SEO, paid ads, social media campaigns), which are non-refundable once initiated.
7. If a project remains inactive or unresponsive for more than 30 consecutive days. Additional charges may apply if the project is resumed.
8. For all third-party expenses (e.g., domain registrations, hosting, software licenses, plugins, and advertising spend).
• If a client initiates a chargeback or merchant dispute for services that were delivered, Quantaprix AI reserves the right to provide full documentation and evidence of the services rendered.
• Clients acknowledge and agree that unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of ongoing services and possible legal action to recover outstanding dues.
